This site is a collection of all research projects initated by the research team in the Harvard Personal Genome Project (PGP). We aim to consolidate genome sequencing data, phenotype data and cell-line (e.g. induced pluripotent stem cell or iPSC) derived data from the PGP, on this website, to facilitate researchers who are interested in genotype, phenotype and cell-line research.
